Warner Hall Group

Company Rebrand

New logos, fonts, patterns, guidelines, website, advertisements, signage, and marketing collateral

My Role

branding and design specialist leading the rebrand of a residential real estate group in Clayton

When The Warner Hall Group (formerly Warner Hall Thornhill) hired me, they were at a turning point. One of their team members had recently moved on, and with that shift came the decision to rebrand: not just a new name, but a new identity that reflected their future while honoring their roots. They needed a brand that could carry them forward.

As a creative professional with a love for storytelling through design, I was brought on board to help them build a brand that would last. They wanted something professional, polished, and unmistakably Saint Louis. I began exploring how to include their initials, "W" and "H," into a visual identity that also nodded to the city they love and serve.

The solution came in the form of a modern, elegant emblem: the "W" and "H" brought together to form a fleur-de-lis. But the logo was just the beginning.

I then created a full brand identity system, from color palettes and typography to brand voice and usage guidelines. That identity now lives across their digital presence, print collateral, signage, and advertising. Whether you're scrolling through home listings or spotting an ad in the Central West End, the new Warner Hall Group brand stands proud.

This project was more than a milestone in my portfolio, it was the moment I fell in love with branding and rebranding. It taught me how powerful design can be when it’s rooted in purpose and place.
