I had the opportunity to be part of a dynamic product launch team tasked with introducing a brand-new corn product and brand to the market, called Preceon. I played a key role in ensuring consistency across all in-house marketing collateral and helping growers understand and get excited about the innovative system.
When Bayer’s global brand standards were later introduced, I embraced the challenge of aligning our work to meet these new guidelines. It was a rewarding process, translating a global vision into designs that resonated with our customers.
One of the most fulfilling aspects of this project was connecting directly with our audience. Using social media, I helped engage farmers participating in exclusive product trials. By sharing their stories and creating spaces for interaction, we didn’t just market a product, we built a community around it.
