My Role

Lead Marketing Specialist and Designer working under the Vice President of Marketing.

When I joined the marketing team at a fast-growing business technology company, they were at a pivotal moment: innovative in their offerings, but their brand image wasn’t telling the same story. The leadership knew their visual identity needed a refresh. That’s where I came in. My mission was clear: elevate the brand through thoughtful, cohesive design and a strong digital presence.

I began by auditing their existing assets. This included EVERYTHING in both the print and digital realm. What I found was potential buried under inconsistencies. Colors varied, messaging fluctuated, and there was no clear visual rhythm tying it all together.

I led a complete overhaul of the company’s graphic collateral. This included redesigning digital and print advertisements to align with a unified style guide, introducing a cleaner, more modern aesthetic. The refreshed visuals not only made the brand more recognizable but also helped communicate the company’s value and four pillars more effectively.

Simultaneously, I revamped the website, enhancing its visual appeal, improving user experience, and ensuring every page reflected the new brand identity. I also took charge of maintaining the site and managing its ongoing evolution as the company grew.

On the social media front, I developed and implemented a strategy that prioritized consistency, clarity, and engagement. From content calendars to custom-designed graphics, the goal was to build trust and familiarity through every post and interaction.

In short, I helped transform the branding to be consistent, modern, and professional to match the company’s forward-thinking mission.
